DIY PACKAGE REFUND POLICY

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Posting Requirement: You must post content 5 days per week for a minimum of 25 days (5 weeks total)
  • Performance Metric: If no measurable visibility increase occurs after meeting posting requirements, full refund guaranteed
  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of package delivery
  • Documentation: You must provide posting schedule evidence and analytics screenshots

Refund Process:

  1. Submit refund request with posting evidence
  2. We review analytics for visibility metrics
  3. If no improvement shown, full refund processed within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds processed to original payment method

DONE-FOR-YOU (DFY) PACKAGE REFUND POLICY

Performance Guarantee:

  • Minimum Result: At least 1 new enquiry for a free karate class within 30 days
  • Measurement Period: 30 days from campaign launch date
  • Full Refund: If zero enquiries received, complete refund guaranteed
  • Request Deadline: Must request refund within 30 days of campaign start

What Qualifies as an Enquiry:

  • Phone call asking about classes
  • Email inquiry about trial lessons
  • Social media message requesting information
  • Walk-in visitor mentioning social media
  • Online form submission for free class

ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE & TOOLS

Third-Party Software Costs:

  • Any software purchased on your behalf (scheduling tools, analytics platforms, etc.) will be deducted from refund amounts
  • Software costs are non-refundable as licenses cannot be returned
  • You retain access to all purchased software
  • Detailed breakdown provided with any refund calculation

Examples of Deductible Costs:

  • Social media management tools
  • Analytics software subscriptions
  • Stock photo/video licenses
  • Advertising platform setup fees

WEBSITE BUILDER SERVICES

Revision Policy:

  • 3 revision requests included in website package
  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery
  • After 3 revisions: No refunds available on website services
  • Additional revisions available at £150 per revision

What Counts as a Revision:

  • Content changes
  • Layout modifications
  • Color/design adjustments
  • Functionality requests

Non-Refundable After 3 Revisions:

Once you’ve used your 3 included revisions, the website service becomes final sale. This policy ensures project completion and prevents unlimited revision cycles.
